Sean Wilkin

Head of Client Relations


Sean works along side our designers to develop your concept and brief into a deliverable project. His attention to detail is well practised in his history of building electrical control panels, and his 1958 Landrover restoration!

Mark Butchard

Interior Designer


With an eye for quality design and creativity, Mark is an expert in transforming ideas into reality. He is responsible for creative design ideas and practical solutions, space planning concepts, and the production of detailed drawings.

Ewan Stephen

Senior Interior Designer


Ewan is an skilled designer with over 15 years of experience. His deep understanding of planning, design and construction for workplace renovation and expansion projects in a variety of industries has allowed him to discover solutions that create thriving environments and enhanced design experiences.  

Heather Miethke

Marketing Executive


Heather has a passion and background in design, working in creative roles across Australia and Scotland. Heather is responsible for the marketing and PR functions at Anchorpoint Interiors, including digital marketing, creative advertising, and brand development. Out of work Heather loves to travel, paint and go on wine & cheese tours.

Alison is responsible for building a pipeline of sales opportunities by engaging with existing and potential clients across Scotland. Alison loves meeting and connecting with people, and is passionate about raising brand awareness in the market.

Niall's valuable experience is put to good use leading a great team of project managers, ensuring every project is completed on time and to perfection. Outside of work Niall is usually found riding one of his motorbikes!

Working closely with designers to create layouts and designs according to the clients brief, detail is everything to Gareth. We can rely on Gareth to transfer the designs into accurate scope of works and proposals that are within the client's budget.

Finance Manager


Naomi is responsible for managing the finances to support the success of our goals and objectives. She works hard to ensure the accounts process is as efficient as possible, along with maintaining a healthy cash flow.

As the driving force behind Anchorpoint's growth, Dale focuses on optimising performance over the whole company, keeping a close eye on the finances. Dale loves seeing satisfied clients as a result of their reinvigorated workplaces.

Project Manager


As a Project Manager, Ross is a main point of contact throughout site works and is responsible for quality control, budgeting and planning. Ross is an expert at coordinating projects, keeping clients informed, and managing sub-contractors.

Daniel is a high energy, results-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. His leadership and communication skills benefit the project team in all areas. He has a proven history of being on-time, on-budget and providing high quality project completion.

Dean Millar

Junior Designer


Dean is a junior designer with experience on commercial projects throughout the UK. He is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, helping to solve the problems within the brief and developing environments that improve the way people live and work. In his spare time Dean likes to play football for his local Sunday league team!
