2019: A Year in Review

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers, contractors and suppliers for joining us on the Anchorpoint journey in 2019!

2019 has been a significant year for Anchorpoint Interiors, celebrating 20 years in business with founding traditions of quality, innovation and integrity as we continue to achieve excellence in redefining workplace design.

Here is a snapshot of some of our projects this year.

Age Scotland

Earlier this year we completed the renovated office space for Age Scotland in Edinburgh’s city center.

The space was transformed to create a dementia friendly design that reflects the company culture and boosts employee motivation.

The renovated workplace comprised of an upgraded reception area, open plan office areas with meeting rooms, agile working areas and collaboration space.

Condatis

Anchorpoint Interiors recently worked on the new office space fit-out for innovators in Digital, Condatis.

The brief to fit-out the 3rd floor space of Links House in Edinburgh to a specification suitable for business growth, to reflect the companies culture, and to launch the new Condatis brand.

The project included creating flexible meeting rooms, an open plan office space, private booths, study pods and break out spaces.

“Anchorpoint were commissioned to do an office fitout for us in a large open plan floor. The commission involved partitioning, electrics kitchen fit out plumbing and the provision of all furniture and fittings. Change requests were accommodated willingly and snagging performed very quickly. Communications were very clear throughout and all work was completed on time and on budget. Good folk, a joy to deal with.”

Renu Skin Clinic

Anchorpoint Interiors were responsible for the construction, provision of all the services, and the supply and installation services at the recently completed Renu Skin Clinic in Dundee.

The space was fitted with a reception, kitchen/staff room and a number of treatment rooms and an upgrade to the existing toilets. A key part of the supply and installation was the HTM64 IPS and sinks to achieve strict hygiene standards.

Cefetra

Earlier this year we were involved with the design and fit out for Cefetra new office space in Glasgow. The workspace was to cater for 100 staff with room for expansion, including a modern office space, meeting rooms and breakout furniture, to suit the evolving needs of the company.

Anchorpoint will be working normal working hours until 12noon on Tuesday 24th December. We will reopen on Friday 3rd January 2020.
