To design and fit-out an innovative and distinctive office environment for start-up companies within an existing building, with complimentary breakout facilities on the ground floor.

How we transformed the space

• We designed a vibrant office environment that aligned with the client’s desire for a multi-use office environment which stimulates business collaboration, networking and growth.
• Our projects team took the building from an empty shell, transforming it into an open plan layout with flexible working space, and separate meeting space.
• We built a space that successfully combines design and functionality, featuring a modern and creative furniture solution. Furniture included a range of soft seating, desking and task chairs, lockers and a stunning feature wall system.
