How we transformed the space

• We stripped out the existing office area to a bare shell, and installed all services, including floor boxes, fibre optic building links, and air conditioning
• The Anchorpoint design and projects teams worked together to create a modern open plan office to the client’s brief which included individual glass partitioned meeting rooms and boardroom, a full kitchen breakout area, storage wall systems, and a staff collaboration area featuring a bespoke ceiling design within the main office
• Anchorpoint’s project managers worked to a tight timescale, bringing the project back on track despite a 3 week delay due to unforeseen challenges with the floor substate
